THE GALARDINI
PROJECT
In this Toronto bathroom remodel, we maximized functionality within a small footprint, updating the layout with modern fixtures and a bold new look. The result is a space that balances everyday practicality with statement design.
BEFORE - PRINCIPAL BARTHROOM

This client complained about the functionality and layout of this bathroom. See how the bided is too close to the vanity?

They never used the tub, it was a waste of space. Those windows needed better use!

Their shower was this tiny dark room. The bathroom was super bright, but the shower had no natural light.

They had to install extra storage in odd places and kept a massive laundry basket in the corner.
PRINCIPAL BARTHROOM PROJECT

Existing Floor Plan

Proposed Floor Plan
We used one of the bedroom closets to create the water closet. This allowed us to have an L shaped vanity with 2 laundry baskets and multiple drawers.

The tub was replaced with a spacious shower area. The previous enclosed shower area is now part of the walk-in closet. The change of layout makes significant difference in the use of space.
AFTER - PRINCIPAL BARTHROOM

BEFORE - GIRL BARTHROOM

Their complains were very similar from the Principal Bathroom. Dated plain finishes, lack of functional storage.

They needed a niche in the bathtub for all the shampoos and toys. The curtain shower is something they were desperate to change too.

AFTER - GIRL BARTHROOM

Now they have a much more open and bright vanity space. Plenty of storage on the vanity and tall cabinets!

Behind this mirror there is a custom made recessed cabinet with lots of space for their make up and skin care products for the 3 girls.

The shower glazing door has this open space to make it easier for them to shower their kids. The cabinet on the left has a pull out laundry basket too. No more clothing on the floor!
