Simplified Project
Perfect for smaller-scale renovations — like a bathroom, kitchen, or single floor of your home.
You’ll receive everything you need to complete the renovation: selections, drawings, and guidance. We handle it all.
Many clients combine our Simplified Project with Consultations for other areas of their home where they need guidance but aren’t renovating.
Consultations
Spend the day together, either at your home or out shopping, with our 6-hour consultation.
We can use this time to select finishes, paint colours, outdoor furniture, décor — or anything else design-related that you need guidance with.
We also offer shorter consultations of 2 or 4 hours, as well as virtual sessions if you’re not local.
Property Assessment
Not sure if a property you’re considering has potential? Or wondering how much the renovation might cost before you buy?
We’ll visit 1, 2, or 3 properties of your choice and help you evaluate each one — with clear pros and cons so you can make an informed decision.
