THE PENTHOUSE
PROJECT
This penthouse was originally listed for sale before the clients decided they wanted to stay a little longer. The upper floor needed a complete refresh, so we redesigned the primary bathroom, closet, laundry area, bar, and more to suit their lifestyle better.

Working within an older condo presented unique challenges, as there were several structural and mechanical limitations to consider. By balancing creativity with functionality, we delivered a design that feels updated, tailored, and true to the clients’ vision.
PENTHOUSE FLOOR PLANS
This is the existing floor plan. They had a walk in closet and a massive hallway between the bathroom and bedroom.
In this proposed floor plan you can see how we opened up the closet, maximizing the storage and natural light at the same time.
BEFORE PHOTOS - PRIMARY BATHROOM
This bathroom had mirrors all over, a massive tub that took much space and an enclosed shower that was dark.
PROPOSED DESIGN
The clients' needed more storage, a better use of the space and a bigger shower. Say no more...
PRIMARY BEDROOM AND CLOSET
We kept the original bedroom layout and opened up the closet walls to allow more natural light in.
